Jon thrives on solving complex problems for our clients, displaying true “grit” as he dives into the details to connect the dots for successful solutions. From his first day joining the KensieMae Family, Jon’s passion and dedication in helping both our clients and fellow teammates has been evident to all and propelled him quickly into a well-deserved leadership role. As the East region IDS Operations Manager, Jon demonstrates excellent leadership skills guiding his team through the daily challenges of navigating our complex world of mortgage technology, regulation, compliance, and automation. He’s always willing to lend a helping hand, and his diligence and consummate professionalism are a source of inspiration for our team. Jon, thank you for sharing your awesomeness, the pride you take in your work is truly inspiring!

For his charity, Jon chose the Fisher Center for Alzheimer’s Research Foundation in memory of his grandmother, Rita L. Gilson. The Fisher Center is dedicated to the research of the root causes of Alzheimer’s and developing its cure. This donation will help fund their research as well as their support of programs that help maintain quality of life for people suffering from Alzheimer’s.

Kensie Cares embodies the spirit of both rewarding our amazing team with a little well-deserved show of appreciation for their continued efforts, and at the same time helping provide some much-needed love and support for those in need.

Each quarter, the KensieMae employee who has most shown and exemplified the quality of work, initiative, ingenuity, teamsmanship, and exceptional effort that KensieMae prides its reputation on (both to our Clients & Partners as well as internally), shall receive special recognition and, additionally, a $1000.00 donation will be made in that recipient’s name to the deserving charity of their choosing. This achievement will be announced on the company website, social media, and blogs as a proud display to all of the emphasis, importance, and value that KensieMae places on both its hard-working team and in giving back to the communities in which we live.
