Eric’s commitment to his work is matched only by his dedication to his team. He readily steps up to support his colleagues, whether providing demos, internal demonstrations, or answering questions for team members. His cheerfulness and positive attitude bring joy and laughter to team meetings, fostering a sense of camaraderie and collaboration.

Eric has chosen the Treasure Valley YMCA as his charity due to his long-standing involvement as a member, volunteer, and referee. Witnessing his children thrive through the YMCA's sports programs and being actively involved himself, supporting the organization was a natural choice for Eric.

We are thrilled to honor Eric as our Kensie Cares honoree, recognizing his ongoing efforts to create a positive impact both within our organization and in the broader community.

The Treasure Valley YMCA is dedicated to strengthening communities by working side by side with neighbors to ensure everyone, regardless of age, income, or background, has the opportunity to experience the Y. This commitment is supported through the YMCA’s Financial Assistance program, which helps make membership and program participation accessible to all.
Through the YMCA’s four Treasure Valley facilities, youth, adults, and families have access to hundreds of programs to achieve healthy living. The Y's offerings include swimming, sports, group exercise, and nutrition programs, all designed to promote a healthier, happier life for everyone in the community.

We created the Kensie Cares program in honor of the company's namesake, who shows generosity and a willingness to help others. Kensie Cares embodies the spirit of both rewarding our fantastic team with a well-deserved show of appreciation and helping to provide some much-needed support for those less fortunate.

Each quarter, we choose one KensieMae employee who has most exemplified the qualities of work, initiative, ingenuity, teamwork, and exceeding effort that KensieMae prides its reputation on (both to our clients and partners, as well as internally). We make a $1,000 donation in that recipient's name to the deserving nonprofit of their choosing.
