Project Manager/Consultant (MeridianLink)

KensieMae Project Managers work with lenders across many aspects related to their LOS System as well as Business Operations. In a nutshell, this role involves consultation of best practices, troubleshooting, implementing, re-imagining, advising and creating solutions (whether native or custom) across all aspects of a lender’s MLM environment, as well as providing guidance on lending process, operations and configuration.

Basic Job Duties Include:

Working with KensieMae Clients on various MeridianLink Systems and the configuration, automation, implementation, and development of project plans and deployment of changes
Implementation, configuration, and best usage of KensieMae tools, automations, and solutions to supplement native functionality, solving problems and creating efficiencies
Ensuring client satisfaction
Support the integrity and methodology of systems, processes and business best practices being upheld
Support and contribute to the ongoing growth, ingenuity, stellar customer service and professional services KensieMae prides ourselves on providing
