KensieMae Project Managers work with lenders across many aspects related to their LOS System as well as Business Operations. In a nutshell, this role involves consultation of best practices, troubleshooting, implementing, re-imagining, advising and creating solutions (whether native or custom) across all aspects of a lender’s MLM environment, as well as providing guidance on lending process, operations and configuration.


Basic Job Duties Include:

  • Working with KensieMae Clients on various MeridianLink Systems and the configuration, automation, implementation, and development of project plans and deployment of changes
  • Implementation, configuration, and best usage of KensieMae tools, automations, and solutions to supplement native functionality, solving problems and creating efficiencies
  • Ensuring client satisfaction
  • Support the integrity and methodology of systems, processes and business best practices being upheld
  • Support and contribute to the ongoing growth, ingenuity, stellar customer service and professional services KensieMae prides ourselves on providing
