The Advanced Communication Manager (ACM) tool is a dynamic, "floating"  conversation log. By simply pressing F7, users can bring up a more advanced conversation log and status manager.  In this tool, a user can search through all loans or enter the current loan to update notes and a status field on a file.   

The user can also send an HTML email with an eFolder attachment to a file contact on the loan or any custom email address.  In addition, this tool allows a user to upload attachments to the eFolder. Lastly,  the user can now save the Convo log entry to the Encompass Loan Log.

 For many, this replaces:
