/We’re excited to celebrate Angie Thomas as our latest Kensie Cares honoree! Angie has been doing an outstanding job, earning high praise from clients across the board. Her ability to connect, engage, and provide exceptional service across diverse projects has made her impact clear and commendable.
“Angie is a standout member of our team, consistently exceeding expectations. Her approach to client management is a perfect example of the KensieMae Way in action,” said Bill Braverman, IDS Operations Manager and Angie’s supervisor.
Clients frequently express their admiration for Angie’s work, with some highlighting her as a part of the reason for their fruitful partnership with KensieMae. Her name is brought up often concerning how great she is to work with, and a common question is, “Can we get someone like Angie?”
Angie's connection to the military community, as the spouse of an Army veteran and the daughter of an Air Force member, makes her choice of Disabled American Veterans (DAV) as her charity all the more meaningful. DAV is dedicated to empowering veterans to lead high-quality lives with respect and dignity.
Our heartfelt congratulations go to Angie Thomas for her well-deserved recognition. Her commitment to her clients, personal ties to the military community, and support for organizations like Disabled American Veterans showcase her deep dedication to service and community.
Focused on supporting veterans and their families, Disabled American Veterans (DAV) offers comprehensive services and advocacy. The organization specializes in providing free professional assistance to veterans in obtaining benefits and services earned through military service. As a strong advocate for America's injured heroes, DAV is instrumental in legislative advocacy, representing veterans' interests on Capitol Hill and at various state and local government levels.
Beyond advocacy, DAV is committed to community outreach and raising public awareness about the challenges veterans face when transitioning back to civilian life. Through its network of state-level Departments and local Chapters, DAV actively brings hope and support into communities, creating a supportive environment for veterans and their families.
DAV also promotes a sense of solidarity among disabled veterans, encouraging them to support their fellow veterans through various volunteer programs. With the backing of donors, volunteers, and community partners, DAV ensures that veterans and their families have access to all the benefits they are entitled to, advocating for their needs and rights.

We created the Kensie Cares program in honor of the company's namesake, who shows generosity and a willingness to help others. Kensie Cares embodies the spirit of both rewarding our fantastic team with a well-deserved show of appreciation and helping to provide some much-needed support for those less fortunate.
Each quarter, we choose one KensieMae employee who has most exemplified the qualities of work, initiative, ingenuity, teamwork, and exceeding effort that KensieMae prides its reputation on (both to our clients and partners, as well as internally). We make a $1,000 donation in that recipient's name to the deserving nonprofit of their choosing.
