Kensie Cares | Honoree Dave Carter and The Speedy Foundation

KensieMae is proud to celebrate Dave Carter as our latest Kensie Cares honoree! As a Systems Architect in our rockstar development team, Dave embodies the collaborative and solution-driven mindset that powers our technical success. His willingness to take on complex tasks and support his colleagues strengthens KensieMae’s reputation for excellence in delivering cutting-edge solutions.

“Dave consistently demonstrates a fearless approach to new challenges,” says Dave’s manager, Dmitriy Naumov. “His dedication to lending a helping hand and willingness to explore new solutions make him a tremendous asset to our development team.”

Dave's impact extends throughout the organization. His colleagues appreciate his team-centric attitude and quick response to troubleshooting needs, particularly during client projects where his technical expertise consistently shines through. His ability to balance multiple priorities while remaining available to assist others showcases his dedication to our team’s success.

For his Kensie Cares nonprofit, Dave has chosen to support The Speedy Foundation, an organization dedicated to suicide prevention and mental health advocacy. The foundation emerged from a powerful mission to establish Idaho's first suicide prevention hotline in 2012, and has since expanded its reach to create meaningful conversations and support systems across Idaho, Utah, Nevada, and California.

The Speedy Foundation recognizes that mental health crises are more common than most people realize - more frequent than heart attacks, yet far fewer people are trained to respond. Their work focuses on equipping community members with vital skills to support those in crisis, while promoting open dialogue and understanding around mental health. Through education and awareness programs, they work to end stigma and create suicide prevention champions in every community they serve.

We created the Kensie Cares program in honor of the company's namesake, who shows generosity and a willingness to help others. Kensie Cares embodies the spirit of both rewarding our fantastic team with a well-deserved show of appreciation and helping to provide some much-needed support for those less fortunate.

Each quarter, we choose one KensieMae employee who has most exemplified the qualities of work, initiative, ingenuity, teamwork, and exceeding effort that KensieMae prides its reputation on (both to our clients and partners, as well as internally). We make a $1,000 donation in that recipient's name to the deserving nonprofit of their choosing.
