Whether joining client calls or working on custom development projects, Philip consistently demonstrates a remarkable ability to understand and meet client needs. Colleagues praise his customer service skills, noting that clients speak highly of their interactions with him. His recent work on custom projects has been particularly impressive, showcasing his talent for tailoring solutions to specific requirements while upholding KensieMae's high standards of quality and efficiency.

Philip has chosen O.C. Animal League as his charity of choice, inspired by his personal experience of adopting his cat Raptor from the organization three and a half years ago. By supporting this local animal shelter, Philip aims to help more animals find loving homes and give others the chance to experience the joy of pet companionship.

O.C. Animal League is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing and rehoming unwanted, stray, and abandoned animals. As a shelter alternative, they provide a safe haven for animals in need, placing them in foster homes until loving, permanent families can be found. This volunteer-run organization ensures all rescued animals receive comprehensive medical care, including check-ups, tests, and necessary vaccinations.
Operating without government funding, O.C. Animal League relies entirely on private donations and fundraising efforts to support its mission. Their focus on quality of life and promoting healthy relationships between people and pets makes them a vital resource in the community for animal welfare and responsible pet ownership.

We created the Kensie Cares program in honor of the company's namesake, who shows generosity and a willingness to help others. Kensie Cares embodies the spirit of both rewarding our fantastic team with a well-deserved show of appreciation and helping to provide some much-needed support for those less fortunate.

Each quarter, we choose one KensieMae employee who has most exemplified the qualities of work, initiative, ingenuity, teamwork, and exceeding effort that KensieMae prides its reputation on (both to our clients and partners, as well as internally). We make a $1,000 donation in that recipient's name to the deserving nonprofit of their choosing.
